Hello, we are glad you are here. Elm Tree Properties was established in 2018 to purchase, renovate, and rent out properties in the Columbus area.
Purpose:
Our purpose is to provide beautiful, safe, and affordable housing to our tenants. We purchase, renovate, and rent out our units to tenants committed to maintaining our high standards. We are committed to meeting our tenants' needs, and have trusted contractors in the area always available to attend to service calls.

Community:
Right now we have properties in Near East Columbus, an up and coming area just a stone's throw from downtown Columbus. It has been so exciting to see all the new development and opportunity for growth. If you are not familiar with it, come take a look. It's just minutes away from downtown Columbus right near the OSU East Hospital. The community is committed to continued renovation through PACT, Partners Achieving Community Transformation.
